What is the EOSB calculation in the UAE?

Under Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021, UAE EOSB is calculated as 21 calendar days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years, and 30 calendar days per year beyond 5 years.

What is Emiratisation?

Emiratisation is the UAE government's initiative to increase UAE national employment in the private sector. Companies with 50+ employees must meet annual targets or face MOHRE penalties.
